The meaning of the Indian Marathi word BUTI is, "cure that has been hidden or kept secret". BUTI yoga is a blend of primal moment, cardio intensive dance, yoga and strength and conditioning. We focus on deep core activation and classes are driven my the beat of the music. Get out of your head and into your BODY!
Primal Flow is a BUTI format that blends the fluidity of Vinyasa Flow with the shakes , spirals and primal movement of BUTI Yoga.

Yin Yoga is a calm yoga style to create space and relaxation. In this class poses are each held for 3-5 minutes, this creates a deep and gentle stretch, diving into your connective tissues, joints, ligaments and fascia. Guided by soothing music and a gentle meditation to help you find calm & focus.
A powerful combination of a Gentle Vinyasa Flow (breath & movement) and Yin yoga (deep stretch and relaxation). The perfect balance between Yin & Yang.

Island Rebel Yoga will reopen in a new location just across the road on Monday March 14th, 2023 at 6:30pm.
Our new address is 87 Welfare Road.
During this transition period, we have a limited class schedule until we can fully utilize the space. Classes will be between 9am and 8pm.
Early morning classes before 8am will restart Wednesday April 3rd, 2023.
To show our gratitude for your patience, all class passes will be extended until July 31, 2023.
